Is Myofascial Release right for me?
I’m tired of not feeling good.
I’ve stopped doing activities I love because of a chronic pain condition, injury, or surgery, and I want to get back to those activities again.
I believe I can heal.
I’m ready and committed to move towards health.
I want to take responsibility for my health, participating fully in my sessions and practicing self-treatment between sessions.
I am able to set realistic goals in reasonable timeframes (all of my problems won’t be fixed overnight).
I am willing to make myself and my health a priority.
